We use the component "Google Maps" of the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google", on our website.
With each individual call of the "Google Maps" component, a cookie is set by Google in order to process user settings and data when displaying the page on which the "Google Maps" component is integrated. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but expires after a certain time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.

Use Smartlook
We use the Smartlook analysis software from Smartsupp.com s.r.o., Milady Horakove 13, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, as part of our legitimate interest in a technically flawless online offering and its economically efficient design and optimization.
This tool records movements on the monitored websites in so-called heatmaps. This allows us to see anonymously where visitors click and how far they scroll. This allows us to design our website in a better and more customer-friendly way. The protection of your personal data is very important to us when using this tool. All data is collected without us being able to assign it to specific users. We can only track how the mouse was moved, where clicked and how far scrolled. Furthermore, the screen size of the device, the device type, information about the browser, the country from which was accessed and the preferred language are collected. If personal data of you or third parties are displayed on a website, these are automatically hidden by smartlook. They are therefore not traceable for us.
You can prevent the use of the Smartlook tool by using a "Do Not Track header". Then no data will be collected about your visit to our website. To do this, you must set your browser accordingly. You can find instructions on how to do this in German at: http://www.akademie.de/wissen/do-not-track-datenschutz.
You can also deactivate the Smartlook tool alone using the opt out switch under : Smartlook Opt-Out.
You can find Smartlook's privacy policy here: https://help.smartlook.com/docs/privacy-policy

You can read Zapier's privacy policy at https://www.zapier.com/privacy to view it.
Use of Google Adwords
We also use the Google advertising tool "Google-Adwords" to advertise our website. As part of this, we use the "Conversion Tracking" analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google", on our website. If you have accessed our website via a Google ad, a cookie will be stored on your computer. Cookies are small text files that your Internet browser stores on your computer. These so-called "conversion cookies" lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve to identify you personally. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that you as a user have clicked on one of our ads placed on Google and have been redirected to our site.
The information obtained with the help of the "conversion cookies" is used by Google to create visit statistics for our website. Through these statistics, we learn the total number of users who clicked on our ad and also which pages of our website were subsequently called up by the respective user. However, we or other advertisers via "Google Adwords" do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.
You can prevent the installation of the "conversion cookies" by setting your browser accordingly, for example by using a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies or specifically blocks only the cookies from the domain "googleadservices.com".
You can obtain Google's privacy policy in this regard at the following link: https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html
Notice regarding data transfers to the USA (United States of America)
For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that for users based in Switzerland, there are monitoring measures by US authorities which generally allow the storage of all personal data from Switzerland - which has been transmitted to the USA.
This is done without any differentiation, limitation or exception based on the purposes pursued and without any objective criterion that would make it possible to limit the access of the US authorities to the data and their subsequent use to very specific, strictly limited purposes that could justify the interventions linked to the access to these data as well as to their use. In addition, we would like to point out that in the USA there are no legal remedies available to data subjects from Switzerland that would allow them to gain access to the data concerning them and to obtain its correction or deletion, or that there is no effective judicial legal protection against general access rights of US authorities. We explicitly draw the attention of the data subject to this legal and factual situation in order to enable him or her to make an appropriately informed decision regarding consent to the use of his or her data.
We would like to point out to users residing in a member state of the EU that the USA does not have a sufficient level of data protection from the perspective of the European Union.
Information / Revocation / Deletion
Based on the Federal Data Protection Act, you can contact us free of charge if you have any questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data and their correction, blocking, deletion or a revocation of consent granted. We would like to point out that you are entitled to the correction of incorrect data or the deletion of personal data, provided that this claim does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data.
Questions for the data protection officer
If you have any questions about data protection, please write us an e-mail or contact directly the responsible person in our organization listed for data protection at the beginning of the privacy policy.
