Boat trip & wedding ceremony on the island of Ufenau
Giovanna & Patrick started their wedding day with a romantic boat trip on Lake Zurich to the idyllic island of Ufenau. The wedding ceremony took place in the charming parish church of St. Peter and Paul, one of the most beautiful wedding churches in the region with space for up to 120 guests. After the ceremony, the wedding party enjoyed a stylish aperitif in the Wirtschaft zur Ufenau. With a direct view of Lake Zurich and an exquisite selection of regional specialties, this was the perfect moment to toast the bride and groom and continue the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
Celebration at Rapperswil Castle - a fairytale ending
After the aperitif, the wedding party continued their journey by boat - their destination: Rapperswil Castle. Situated high above Lake Zurich, the historic castle courtyard provided a breathtaking backdrop for the ceremony.
With atmospheric music, heartfelt speeches and exuberant dancing, family and friends celebrated late into the night. The unique blend of Zurich history, Mediterranean flair and the picturesque lake scenery made this wedding day unforgettable.
